Parent Training by Seattle University School of Law:
An Introduction to the Special Education Process

The presenter was S. James Rosenfeld, Adjunct Professor and Director, Education Law Programs. Professor Rosenfeld, the founder of COPAA, is also Director of the National Academy for IDEA Administrative Law Judges and Hearing Officers, which has trained special education hearing officers from approximately 30 states.
