Tuesday June 17th: Video Night for kids: Facing Fear

Without Freaking Out! Trevor Romain is back with a new fear busting video for kids. Join Jack and Skye as they navigate Screamworks Island while they learn to admit their fears and how to deal with them.

This video offers positive advice on not only dealing with fears like spiders or heights, but also scary emotional anxieties like not fitting in, or taking tests. Practical advice on not getting anxious, thinking positive thoughts and not panicking will be offered in a fast paced and engaging animated format.

Kids who have seen the other Trevor Romain videos are sure to like this one too. Bring the whole family!

Sorry no more support group activities until September. We will see you then for a new series of guest speakers and support. However, if you need to talk about anything this summer, we will be here to talk. So, please contact us.

Directions

From Southbound I-405

           Take the NE 124th Street exit (exit 20)
           Turn left onto NE 124th Street
           Turn left at the second light onto 124th Avenue NE
           Take the next right, onto 120th Ave NE.
           Go up the hill past the Emergency Entrance

and turn right onto NE 130th Lane
           Follow the signs to the Blue Entrance parking garage
           Park and follow the signs to the Evergreen Surgery & Physicians Center

From Hospital to Northbound I-405:
            Exit parking garage and turn left onto NE 130th Lane
            Turn left at the light onto 120th Ave NE
            Continue straight through every light and onto Northbound 405 onramp

From Northbound I-405
        Take the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard exit (exit 20B)
        Keep to the right (Totem Lake Boulevard)
        Proceed straight through the light
        Go up the hill past the Emergency Entrance

and turn right onto NE 130th Lane
Follow the signs to the Blue Entrance parking garage
Park and follow the signs to the Evergreen Surgery & Physicians Center
